What time is it?
Both days run 12:00 to 2:00 PM Central, then 30 minutes of office hours. That's 1:00 PM Eastern, 10:00 AM Pacific and 6:00 PM in the UK.
I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Yes. Day 1 starts with opening the app. If you can follow a workout program, you can follow this.
Do I need Coach Catalyst?
No. You build everything on your own computer. If you already use Coach Catalyst, we will show you how to send what you build straight into your account.
What if I can't make it live?
Recordings go to everyone who bought a seat. Office hours are live only.
What do I need?

Refunds?
